Lockerz is a large community site that excels in it’s prize department, it’s easy to get and pretty popular, basically you answer questions and login everyday and you win “PTZ” the currency that is used over at Lockerz, in order to register into lockerz you need to get an invite from an existing member.

If you invite 20 or more friends into Lockerz, your account will change into Z-list member account, which gives you some pretty nifty bonuses like double PTZ for dailies and login and once in a while a Z-list member’s only redemption.

With these so called “PTZ” you can earn prizes like consoles, games, accessories, electronics, brands and a lot of items from the long list, though you can only redeem your prize at a special date decided by lockerz admins and you can only redeem one big prize and one small every redemption.

When the redemption event is on, you need to quickly enter your prize page, write your info (address, name, zip code, phone if non us resident) then submit, after a few days lockerz team will confirm your order, and will ship it to you within 3 weeks at most.

People usually get frustrated because they are late for the redemption and are not satisfied with the “random date” policy, to their luck a new site came to help these people get informed about the redemption everytime and anywhere, this site is called

Before I start – If you are still dont know what is Lockerz all about please read my Lockerz introduction.

On November Lockerz crew promised us 2 redemption’s – one for Z-listers only (Members who invited more then 20 new members) and one for all Lockerz members. The Z-list redemption was on the 23-14/11 (P.S I got IPOD Touch 32 GB!) Because of technical failures the general redemption was scheduled to December.

December redemption:

When ? my guess – It will be on the last week of December – why ? cause Lockerz crew has plenty work do to on the technical aspect .

What ? more then 500 (!) prizes to choose from !

Z-List redemption is over – what I got + importent updates

The Z-List November redemption is now over , I really think it was a big success ! I got IPOD Touch 32 GB (700 PTZ) :

The redeem of the 23/11 was a bit crowdy and most of Z-listers didnt got a prize , but the redeem of the 24/11 was much better , for both redeem they added tons of new prizes !

Importent things about this redeem :

If you got a email confirmation with “0″ receipt number or just a “#” thats fine , its a but knowen to lockerz , just forward your receipt to teri@lockerz.com.
Shipping times are 1-2 weeks for USA and 4-5 for worldwide shipping , you should get a tracking number via E-mail.
General redemption wont be on November as lockerz team working on new systems to make redemption better.

Finally its going to happen – first redemption for November ,

Lockerz sent all thier Z-listers (People who invite more then 20 friends to join Lockerz) an E-mail with details about the 23/11 redemption.

Hey Z-Listers,

This is it! We’re having the redemption for Z-Listers only at Lockerz.com. To accommodate our global audience in different time zones around the world, we are going to have two prize waves. Our first wave begins on Monday, November 23 at 7PM EST and we’ll do our second wave on Tuesday, November 24 at 12:00PM EST.

Here’s what you need to know before you go to PTZ Place for your redemption:

Open only to Z-list members who have earned their status according to Lockerz official terms and conditions.

To allow as many members as possible to redeem, members are only allowed one (1) item 50 PTZ or over per calendar day. If you violate this rule, your order will be canceled and your account will be subject to cancellation. You may redeem multiple prizes 49 PTZ or under.

We are restocking MANY of the prizes posted on October 15, and on these prizes, we have NOT raised the PTZ levels! However, we have also added some new prizes and assigned PTZ levels more in line with our future PTZ values in 2010.

Absolutely no exchanges, no returns, no cancellations and no PTZ refunds on any and all redeemed prizes. Please select very carefully.

Prizes priced at 0-250 PTZ can be guarantee reserved for 1,500 PTZ
Prizes priced at 251-500 PTZ can be guarantee reserved for 2,000 PTZ
Prizes priced at 501 – 750 PTZ can be guarantee reserved for 2,500 PTZ
Prizes priced at 751 – 1000 PTZ can be guarantee reserved for 3,500 PTZ

Lockerz team announced new way to earn prizes !

Lockerz team announced they are going to add new way to earn big prizes even if you don’t have big amount of PTZ.

They started sweepstake , the winner will get VIP tickets for the LOCKERZ-only Gym Class Heroes concert, each ticket for this sweepstake will “cost” 10 PTZ – which is extremely low even new member can redeem a few sweepstake tickets and get the chance to wih this huge prize.

This sweepstake is for U.S. residents only. Must be 16 years or older , the other sweepstakes that will follow wont be for U.S. only so dont worry.

Confirmed : separate day for Z-Listers redeem

Now the rumors are confirmed. on November will be 2 days of restocking and redemption , one for regular members and one for Z-Listers. (to become Z-Lister you must invite at least 20 people to Lockerz).

Lockerz will let the Z-Listers know the date of the redeem via email and message on the Lockerz Hallway (My Locker zone).

Why its so importent now to be a Z-Lister ?

According to my estimation only 25 % of Lockerz members (active members) are Z-Listers, that’s means that less people will compete on the prizes = better chance to get your hands on valuable prize.

Lockerz Team : PTZ display bugs fixed !

Finally after 2 weeks of bugs the PTZ display is now accurate , the Lockerz announcement via Facebook:

Update 27/10/2009 – friends joined display bug is also fixed now !

The “Friends Joined” display on the MyLocker page is fixed for all members! The display will now show your correct number of accepted friends.

Update: Next Lockerz Prize restock and redemption on mid November

Lockerz will restock its redeem area on mid November with new prizes and hopefully bigger quantity. last restock and redemption was on the 15 of October – the prizes was fresh out 24 hours.

In this time the gifts will be sent internationally (maybe you will need to add PTZ for international shipment).

The unofficial rumors are talking about 12 of November – the date the site will get out of beta version.

This is the first question people ask when they hear about Lockerz , they all wonder how can it be that a website will send valuable gifts for free.

Before the launch of the site this zone was called “My Locker”.

What can I see in Lockerz Hallway ??
