Many people asked me about this issue so I will write few important things regarding this.

First of all Lockerz sending you your gifts via UPS and give you a tracking number , to avoid customs fee they mark the package as a gift – in most of the world this marking should give you exemption from taxed and customs fees and other taxes.

Their are countries who does not allow to mark packages as a gift like Brazil – what Lockerz did is to open a shipping center in Brazil so the gifts that should be sent to Brazil will be sent from Brazil it will take longer then the regular shipping (apex 6 weeks) but you will get your gift without any problem.
